This website does not set cookies, does not use advertising networks and does not
share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Visitor statistics are
collected without cookies on our own server. Music and video players from SoundCloud
and YouTube are only loaded after you actively click to load them.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the person named
in the imprint.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider within the European Union. The provider
processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
When you visit the site, the server automatically records so-called server log files:
IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser and
operating system. This data is required to deliver the site and to ensure its security.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable
operation of this website. Log files are deleted after a short retention period.

3. Statistics with Matomo (without cookies)

We use Matomo, an analytics tool that runs on our own server. No data is transferred
to third parties. Matomo is configured without cookies and shortens your IP address
before storing it, so that the data cannot be traced back to you. For this reason no
consent is required.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in understanding how this
website is used in order to improve it. You can object to this processing at any time:

4. Embedded content from SoundCloud and YouTube

Songs and videos on this site are hosted by SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG and
by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). These players are not loaded automatically.
You will first see a notice with a button. Only when you click that button is a connection
to the provider established.

From that moment on, the provider receives your IP address and can set cookies or read
information already stored on your device. If you are logged in to the provider, your
visit may be associated with your account. We have no influence over that processing.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, given by clicking the button. You can
withdraw it at any time by reloading the page without clicking. Data may be transferred
to the USA; the providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard
contractual clauses.

5. External links

This website links to shops, streaming services and other musicians’ websites. Once
you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies. We have no control
over their processing of your data.

6. Contact by email

If you write to the email address given in the imprint, your message and your contact
details are stored in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where
the contact relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest
in answering enquiries. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you
(Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or its processing
restricted (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on
legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, write to the address in the
imprint.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent
authority is the data protection authority of the federal state in which the controller
is established.

8. Changes

We adapt this privacy policy whenever the technology of this website changes.
